As entrepreneurs and leaders in our businesses we're busy. Augie Nieto was like that too.
He built an exercise empire as co-founder and president of Life Fitness. Many of their exercise machines are in gyms around the world. But in 2005 he was diagnosed with ALS or 'Lou Gehrig's disease' and to say that his story is inspiring is an understatement.

'You can either celebrate what you can do or mourn what you can't.'
Even with his voice reduced to a computer device, he says he's never been happier because he's learning about the impact he's had on his family, friends and co-workers who are sharing feelings with him that are usually reserved for a eulogy.
