He wanted to set himself apart and boy did he create a Big Zig! You know how love Big Zigs so while everyone else is zagging in the market you're creating a big, bold statement that says, 'I'm not like the rest!'

But first let me set the stage. Because this is important. As you read about this, think about these 3 questions:
1. What can I do to create a buzz in my market?
2. How can I create a contest that would get people excited?
3. How can I use that buzz to create a following?
Jason Rodriguez is a real estate investor and guru and his goal was to generate leads and create a buzz in the industry. So we created for him The Extreme Real Estate Challenge. He has always said he could buy and sell real estate, anywhere, anytime and walk away with $10,000 profit from the deal.
So we said prove it! In fact, prove it for the entire world to see online. And teach an Average Joe how to do it too so everyone can learn while you're teaching the student. Oh, and the student gets to walk away with the $10,000 from the deal!
But how would we find the student?
Taken straight from the American Idol playbook we created a contest. We received hundreds of responses from people who wanted to be a part of it. The videos and responses we received were tremendous. Everyone was talking about how excited they are to be a part of something like and he now has thousands of people following him as he gets set to begin the challenge Monday.
